Birbant Craft Brewery, or Browar Birbant, is a small contract brewery from Poland. It was founded by 2 friends in 2013, with Jarek being a professional brewer and Krzysiek having a fair amount of home brewing experience. The brewery has a nice focus on IPAs, but all kinds of styles are reviewed: stouts, barley wines, hefeweizens, etc. Recently they even have an alcohol-free beer.
